Shipping Options

We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48):
    Our standard shipping option ensures that your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days (approx.).
  • Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 
    For those who need their items sooner, we offer express shipping, which will be delivered next business day (ordered before midday).
  • International Shipping: We offer shipping to Australia and UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi).

Note:  Delivery times, as indicated above, are an estimate only as we are reliant on the services of Royal Mail.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs are free on all UK orders.   All other shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to review and confirm before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if selected within shipping above). This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to offer shipping services to as many locations as possible, there may be certain restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons.  Mais Dùmont currently delivers to main land UK, Australia and UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi).

FAQ

Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day.  Once your order has been shipped the estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed.  Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up to date.

Q: What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
A: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@maisdumont.com.  We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory solution.
