Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return please contact us at customer.service@maisdumont.com. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to pay for the cost of return postage. If we have made an error in our dispatch or if the item received is faulty we will refund this cost.
Return by Post
To start a return, pack up your items along with your invoice or your receipt and return to the address provided by us.
We suggest tracking or using a courier to return items as we can not take responsibility if an item gets lost on its way back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will begin the process of checking the item to process your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important Note: As this garment is 100% cotton (natural fibre) a small percentage of shrinkage may occur after initial wash. This is not deemed as damaged or defective.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your preferred item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process returned funds.
